For respectively 17, 47 and 64 years, Danish Air Taxi Association (DAA), Association of Danish Flightrelated companies (ADF) and Danish Aviation Association (ES) has worked for better circumstances for danish aviation.
DAA has been a commercial oriented association especially for taxi flying, ADF has been associated to the technical side of aviation and ES has worked for the commercial airline companies interests.
At June 16th, 2011, it was decided to merge these organisations. The goal is to create a powerfull association, able to handle all aspects of aviation in Denmark.
The new association, after the merge named "Erhvervsflyvningens Sammenslutning - Danish Aviation Association" (ES-DAA), will be a strong counterpart to national authorities when new rules and regulations must be addressed.
ES-DAA represents about 95% of all general aviation workshops and aircraft related companies in Denmark and is managed by an executive committee.
ES-DAA represents the Danish chapter of ECOGAS, the European Council of General Aviation Support.
